Kaap's is committed to respecting your privacy. When you choose to provide us with personal information, be assured Kaap's will never sell or trade this information. We will only require enough information from you to enable us to serve you in a correct and expeditious manner. We also take the steps required to protect the information you share with us, including using SSL technology for encryption and transmittal of your order information (including your credit card information).

Kaap's ordering pages use "cookies" which are small amounts of information sent by a web site to your browser. Kaap's uses "per session" cookies that are NOT written to your hard drive. We use cookies to keep track of your checkout process from page to page. Kaap's only stores an arbitrary number in our cookie.

When you sign up for the Kaap's Newsletter, you are agreeing to opt-in to our mailing list.  We do not sell our mailing list to anyone, and you will only receive e-mail from Kaap's Old World Chocolates.
