Ordering and Shipping
Can I redeem Kaap's paper Gift Certificates
Unfortunately we are not able to accept Gift Certificates via
our web site at this time. We are working on issuing Gift Cards
that will be sold and/or redeemable online. In the meantime, Gift
Certificates can be redeemed through our Mail Order Department by
calling 1-888-430-9043. Please advise the Customer Service Representative
that you have a Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate and a check
for the balance plus postage and handling can be mailed to:

Once the gift certificate is received we will ship the candy.

How do I place several orders to different recipients?
It’s Simple! Shop for one recipient at a time as you go through
the ordering process. Our site will remember all of your billing
information and recall it for you each time you click "Click
here to continue shopping" and shop for another recipient.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on 3 factors, weight, destination and
speed of service required. All of our shipping is tracked and you
will receive an email confirmation, not only for your order, but
for your shipping as well. You can track online at http://www.fedex.com/us/
How long will it take for my order to
It is best to allow Kaap’s Chocolates kitchens 24 hours to process
and prepare your order for shipping. After that your order should
arrive at its destination in three to five days (*see next item
for shipping during warm weather). Because we guarantee that your
order will arrive in perfect condition we use priority shipping
services that ensure timely delivery and delivery confirmation.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please
provide an address where someone will be available to receive the
shipment. You may also use our "Future Delivery Date"
option to order your gifts early. We will make every effort to be
sure that they will arrive on or just before the date you specify.
Can Kaap’s ship my chocolate order during
the warm Summer months?
Yes, during warm weather we use warm weather packaging and cold
packs to protect your chocolate orders from heat. Please use Express
or Warm Weather Deliver Option.
What's the best way to store Kaap’s candy
after I receive my order?
We recommend storing the candy at 60º to 70º F and consuming the
candy within approximately 4 -6 weeks after purchase. Do NOT store
Can I freeze Kaaps Chocolates?
Our chocolates may be frozen with reasonable care. Seal box in
Saran Wrap and then aluminum foil and place in freezer. After removing
box from freezer, let unopened sealed box stand at room temperature
for 24 hours before enjoying!
Does Kaap’s sell any sugar-free candy?
Kaap’s does offer a large selection of sugar free, low carb and
reduced calorie candy at this time. We have a full line of candies
for people who are in need of diabetic and/or reduced sugar contents.
Our sugarless candies enjoy the same taste, richness and quality
of our regular candies.
